We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo and description of the issue. We’ll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
