Our Policy On
30 Day Returns
We welcome returns or exchanges if you are unhappy with your order. You can return goods to us, for any reason, within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalised goods, and we are also unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene purposes. Everything else is not a problem. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How Do I Return My Order?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please complete the Returns Form below to start the process. Please include your name, email, order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your return/exchange.
Once received, we will respond to you with further details including where to send your return.
We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us.

What If My Item Is Faulty?
We believe that our products are not only excellent value but also excellent quality! We do understand that there may be the odd occasion when there may be something wrong with the item you have ordered. You will need to provide us with with your original order number.
If the item was delivered less than 30 days ago and the item is faulty, we are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund. Proof of purchase will be required. The item may need to be returned to us prior to any action being taken.
If you have had the item for less than 6 months and it is faulty, the item will need to be returned to us so we can assess the damage. If possible we will repair the item, if not we will offer a replacement, exchange or a gift card. Unfortunately wear and tear is not included.
